This little guy (well, his cousin anyway), just showed up in upper Manhattan.  Obviously a smart fellow, he realized that seals were in the news and headed straight for the nation’s media hub for his 15 minutes of fame.

No word yet on whether he’s a Navy seal or not.  Anyone here speak sea mammal?
